**Job Overview**:
An Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and preparing financial reports for an organization. The role involves a variety of duties including bookkeeping, budgeting, tax preparation, and financial analysis. Accountants ensure that financial transactions are accurately recorded and that the organization’s finances are in order.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions and records.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost-saving or revenue-generating strategies.
- Assist with the development and monitoring of budgets for departments or projects.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure proper cash flow management.
- Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approval.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of accounting regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

**Salary**:
**12000 - 15000**

Working - Monday To Saturday

10 am to 7 pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
