Back Office Sales Coordinator

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, Filing important documents and communicating relevant information through all medium of conversation. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales supports when requested.
- Making quotations
- Promotional activities through mail/ call.
- Resistors maintain (Sales register, inquiry list etc.)
- Coordination with the other internal departments like billing, dispatch or sales.
- Collecting and Reporting Daily Marketing Activities from Marketing Executives of Different States
- Co-Coordinating supply with Head-Office and Marketing Executives
- Supporting Back End - Marketing Activities like sending Mails & Physical Mailers
- Letter Drafting in English.
- Must have a good knowledge of MS excel. (MS Word & Excel)
- **Salary: commensurate to experience and skill**

**Experience: 1 to 2 years (preferred)**
**Education: Any Graduate or Post graduate.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
