We are seeking a motivated and energetic Back Office Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. Job Overview: As a Back Office Sales Coordinator at Smartiqo, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our dealer network to increase business opportunities and drive growth. You will be responsible for communicating with existing dealers, onboarding new dealers, and implementing strategies to enhance business with our dealer network. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer software, and a vision for success. Key Responsibilities: SALES Communicate with existing dealers to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster strong relationships. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, support, and order processing. Identify and onboard new dealers to expand our dealer network and reach new markets. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and business opportunities within the existing dealer network. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Slides to create reports, presentations, and proposals as needed. Manage and update customer information and interactions in the Zoho CRM system. Collaborate with the Field Sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners, including contract management, training, and resource allocation. Monitor partner performance and compliance with sales agreements, addressing any issues or discrepancies proactively. Provide timely and accurate assistance to channel partners regarding product information, pricing, availability, and promotional materials. Collaborate with digital marketing teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, and training materials to support partner activities. Prepare sales performance reports for channel partners for monthly and weekly analysis Logistical Coordination: Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules to meet partner and customer requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred. Previous experience in dealer network management, B2B channel sales, or a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho CRM, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Energetic, team-oriented, and results-driven attitude. Vision for growth and a commitment to long-term success. Stable employment history with mínimal job changes. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
