Front Office Executive

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Greet and welcome people to our office in a pleasant and professional manner
- Be a Smart Communicator.
- Answer all incoming calls, get all relevant information (take notes) and forward them appropriately.
- Monitor office expenses.
- Co-ordinate with Clients and Realtors, provide support services for presentation, documentation, arrange couriers etc.
- Should be willing to take responsibility to ensure that all events run smoothly.
- Request satisfied clients to review us on relevant Portals.
- Generate Invoices and coordinate with Accounts Dept.
- Maintain Supportive Documents and Petty cash.
- Take responsibility for the Sales and Marketing of Hanu Reddy Realty, including pricing, promotions, promotional materials, image, brand and profile.
- Promote Hanu Reddy Realty on Social Media Websites
- Communicate with the Management team, plan work schedules and check Client requirements on a Day to Day Basis
- Negotiate with external service providers and suppliers as required.
- General office Maintenance
- Day-to-day troubleshooting and address problems as they arise.
- Work with VP to recruit new Realtors for the Branch
- Perform any other duties as required by the management.
**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE**:
- Should have a Pleasing Personality and must be well put together
- Capacity to adapt to evolving circumstances.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Strong Communication and People skills
- Customer service orientation.
- Expert level proficiency in English and regional language is must for this Role.
- Any graduate with 0-3 years of experience preferred.
- Fresher's can also apply.
- Immediate joiners most preferable.
- Emotionally intelligent
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
