- In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing procurement data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sourcing strategies and supplier performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders._

- Responsibilities_
- _For analytics, person should have experience in category taxonomy building and analysis._
- _Spend data cleansing and making it meaningful for designing sourcing strategy._
- _Identifying catalogue opportunities._
- _Looking forward for supplier rationalization opportunities based on historical spend._
- _Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data from various sources._
- _Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and sourcing._
- _Proactively identifing trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making._
- _Collaborate with procurement and sourcing teams to understand their data needs and provide insights._
- _Conduct spend analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and supplier performance improvements. Perform CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis)._
- _Support the development and implementation of data-driven procurement strategies._
- _Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and analyses._
- _Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders._
- _Track the tail spend by market and spend managed by Buying Desk_
- _Track and report savings, KPIs and other performance indicators_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _University graduate (Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field graduates to be preferred)_
- _Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in procurement or supply chain._
- _Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R._
- _Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar._
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills._
- _Excellent communication and presentation skills._
- _Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment._
- _Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy._
- _Language Capability Verbal and Written: Fluent in English / regional (based on the markets supported)_
