- Responsibilities_
- _Develop transformative AI/ML solutions to address our clients' business requirements and challenges_
- _Project Delivery - This would entail successful delivery of projects involving data Pre-processing, Model Training and Evaluation, Parameter Tuning_
- _Manage Stakeholder/Customer Expectations_
- _Project Blue Printing and Project Documentation_
- _Conceptualize, Design, build and develop solution algorithms which demonstrate the minimum required functionality within tight timelines_
- _Interact with clients to collect, synthesize, and propose requirements and create effective analytics/text mining roadmap._
- _Do applied research on a wide array of text analytics and machine learning projects, file patents and publish the papers_
- _Ensure GenAI outputs are contextually relevant,_
- _Hands-on with Generative AI technologies, Design and Implement GenAI Solutions._
- _Advanced Gen AI concepts like RAG, Graph-RAG, multi-agent framework_
- _Hand-on with RAG tools like Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Cosmos DB / Blob Storage, LangChain / Semantic Kernel._
- _Very well versed with concepts like Graph-RAG, Multi-Agent Framework, Fine-tuning & Custom LLMs, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct framework and Prompt Engineering_
- _Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solution_
- _Familiarity with generative models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques to develop innovative AI solutions._
- _Designing, developing, and implementing solutions tailored to meet client needs._
- _Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using GEN AI_
- _Works closely with service line teams to design, implement, and manage Generative AI solution_
- _Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development and business strategies._
- _Continuously think on how to improve the analytics infrastructure for the team and automate processes._

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _3-5 years’ experience of working on Gen-AI/AI/ML projects_
- _MS in Computer Science, Information systems, or Computer engineering_
- _Systems Engineering with relevant experience in Text Mining / Natural Language Processing (NLP) tools, Data sciences, Big Data and algorithms_
- _Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, frameworks, and techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying generative models._
- _AI/ML and GenAI Tools_
- _Certifications in AI/ML or GenAI_

- Technology_
- _Open Source Experience using computer languages (Python, AI/ML, GenAI, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets._
- _Experience in using industry standard AI/ML libraries._
- _Proficiency in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language models(SLMs)._
- _Very good python/R programming skills. Java programming skills a plus_

- _Solutioning & Consulting experience in verticals such as BFSI, CPG, with experience in delivering text analytics on large structured and unstructured data_
- _A solid foundation in AI Methodologies like ML, DL, NLP, Neural Networks, Information Retrieval and Extraction, NLG, NLU_
- _Demonstrated ability to Conduct look-ahead client research with focus on supplementing and strengthening the client’s analytics agenda with newer tools and techniques_
