**_Building/Amend/Update reports using SQL, VBA and Tableau solutions_**

**_ _**

**_Understand contact center environment and provide required commentary on the periodic executive reports_**

**_ _**

**_Support other Adhoc business requests as required_**

**_ _**

**_Regular daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting_**

**_ _**

**_Process documentation_**

**_ _**

**_Regular client governance_**

**_ _**

**_Work in US shifts_**

**_ _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you:_**:**_ _**

**_B.Tech, MCA or M.Com Post Graduate_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred Skill Set:_**:**_ _**

**_Proficient in MS Excel/ Access, VBA, SQL & Tableau_**

**_ _**

**_Good understanding of designing SQL queries and query optimization/ automation_**

**_ _**

**_Excellent understanding of Tableau_**

**_ _**

**_Good exposure to contact center reporting background_**

**_ _**

**_Knowledge of contact center tools like IEX, Incontact, Broadsoft, etc._**

**_ _**

**_Excellent Interpersonal skills and Analytical reasoning ability._**

**_ _**

**_Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion_**
