**Job Summary**

We have an opportunity for the role of a Female Customer Care Executive cum Office Admin role for our Mysore office located in the heart of the city. This is a multi talent role based on current business needs.
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (without gaps in career or education).
- Relevant and total career experience: 4 to 5 years.
- Mandatory Linguistic Skills: English (Read, Write, Speak), Kannada (Read, Write, Speak).

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet and meet customers, visitors, manage calls, etc.
- Provide basic information about the realty project being executed and marketed.
- Timely, proactive collaboration with Bangalore Head Office and Mysore site office to support and address various customer and business queries, support business needs.
- Manage Booking, customer followups on payment dues, etc.
- Manage office logistics.
- follow-up on various customer owned actions, etc.
- Manage Mysore office and take care of various day-to-day office tasks / activities (office admin tasks).
- Manage petty cash, ability to prepare various weekly and monthly reports, maintain various office registers.
- Must be willing to work on weekends where needed.
- Periodic visits to Bangalore office.
- work on tasks assigned from Bangalore HO.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:
PurpleBrick group firms is predominently involved in the business of Real Estate (land banking, land aggregation, layout development, etc) and associated services.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
