Ltd The post will be responsible for providing administrative support for the sales and service team, ensuring the smooth flow of the office environment. **We have urgent Job Opening for "Admin Executive "** **Job Location**: - Bangalore **Department**: - Administration and Sales, Services **Experience Required** - 3- 6 Years **Gender** - Male Only **Role** - Administration and Sales, Services **Responsibilities** - Answering phone calls, providing information to callers, and escalating calls to appropriate parties as necessary. - Processing and managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including preparing and arranging courier services. - Managing office supplies, ensuring that inventory is stocked, and ordering supplies when needed. - Scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating calendars, and making travel arrangements for the sales and service team. - Preparing documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external use. - Acting as the point of contact for external vendors and customers. - Providing general administrative support, such as filing. - Assisting with special projects and events as needed. **Skills & Competencies** Excellent Technical skills, Self-Driven, Good Communication Skills, Friendly Personality. **Requirements & Qualification** - B.Tech (Electronics) / Mechanical. - Considerable experience in a similar position. - Proficient in the use of computer. - 5+ Years of experience in an Executive Administrative role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Positive attitude and ability to adapt to new situations.
