We are looking for a sales professional who helps a company grow by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients:

- **Identifying opportunities**: Research businesses, industries, and trends to find new clients and markets.
- **Building relationships**: Create and maintain relationships with clients, and develop rapport with key decision makers.
- **Driving revenue**: Set sales goals, negotiate deals, and ensure the sales team meets them.
- **Managing risks**: Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks that could prevent growth.
- **Creating strategies**: Analyze market trends and create business strategies.
- **Communicating**: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
- **Managing sales**: Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation, and manage sales meetings.
- **Tracking performance**: Track business performance and ensure sales goals are met.
- **Managing resources**: Allocate and manage resources.
- **Training and mentoring**: Train and mentor sales team members.
- **Networking**: Attend networking events and conferences.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹340,000.00 per year
