**JOB DISCRIPTION**
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements across locations
- Maintain and monitor the compliance calendar for timely filings and renewals
- Coordinate with external consultants for all audit documentation and readiness
- Support internal and external audits with data collation, report submission, and query resolution
- Track and manage Police Clearance Certificates (PCC) for applicable employees
- Handle end-to-end Background Verification (BGV) process, including initiation, follow-ups, and closures
- Maintain updated trackers for BGV and PCC status across the organization
- Manage employee gratuity processing in alignment with statutory guidelines
- Liaise with finance for timely processing and disbursement of gratuity payments
- Maintain gratuity eligibility trackers and records
- Organize and update employee documentation, ensuring completeness and accessibility
- Respond to compliance-related queries from internal teams, clients and auditors
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws and compliance regulations
- Assist in closure of non-compliance issues flagged during audits
- Maintain all labour law registers, licenses, and certificates for inspections

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
