**Job Summary**:
The Compliance Executive will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring adherence to various legal, financial, and operational regulations, particularly related to PF, ESIC, MLWF, and PT compliance submissions. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of statutory compliance, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to maintain regulatory standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Statutory Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate submission of Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF), and Professional Tax (PT).
Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on changes in labor laws, taxation, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring the company remains compliant.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of compliance documents, filings, and submissions.
Internal Audits: Assist in conducting periodic audits to ensure all statutory obligations are met.
Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with HR, Finance, and external consultants to ensure seamless compliance processes.
Government Liaison: Communicate with government departments as required for compliance-related matters.
Policy Implementation: Assist in implementing company policies in alignment with labor laws and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
