**We are looking forward to hire functional testing Professionals in the following areas**:
**Experience required: 5+ years.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute **manual functional and non-functional test cases** based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform **end-to-end functional testing** to ensure system functionalities align with specifications.
- Conduct **Non-Functional Testing (NFR)**, including performance, reliability, scalability, usability, and security testing.
- Utilize **Azure DevOps** for test case management, defect tracking, and test execution.
- Collaborate with **developers, business analysts, and product managers** to ensure software quality.
- Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring proper defect lifecycle management.
- Participate in **test planning, test strategy, and risk assessment** discussions.
- Support **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)** and assist stakeholders in validating business requirements.
- Continuously enhance test processes and identify automation opportunities where feasible.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of **Non-Functional Testing (NFR)** such as performance, security, scalability, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in using **Azure DevOps** for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Experience in preparing **test plans, test scenarios, and test cases** based on business and technical specifications.
- Solid knowledge of **SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)**.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with API testing using tools like **Postman** or **SoapUI**.
- Basic knowledge of **test automation tools** such as Selenium or JMeter.
- Familiarity with **Cloud Testing** on Azure.
- Experience in **SQL queries** for backend data validation.
