**Requirements**:
**Must have skills**:

- Proven experience as a Functional Tester with a focus on compliance testing, preferably in a financial services environment.
- In-depth knowledge of post-trade compliance functionalities, especially within the Charles River IMS platform.
- Familiarity with MIG21 or similar post-trade compliance systems is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and database concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate complex issues clearly.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage concurrent testing activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project teams to contribute to the migration of compliance rules from MIG 21 to Charles River IMS.
- ???????Ensure the seamless transition of rules, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Execute post-trade compliance tests using Core IMS, As Of Compliance, and CR Everywhere modules.
- Implement and monitor post-trade compliance rules, such as concentration risk assessments.
- Regularly review fund holdings and trigger alerts for potential breaches, ensuring swift communication with relevant advisors.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic SQL Server and database knowledge to support data-related tasks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand compliance requirements and effectively translate them into test scenarios.
- Communicate compliance issues and findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of compliance tests, results, and any rule adjustments made during the migration process.
- Contribute to the creation of user guides and documentation for post-trade compliance functionalities.
