Job Description

As a professional in electronics manufacturing, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to process compliance with legal and safety requirements, customer demands, industry standards, and specifications. This includes maintaining the uptime of testing equipment, including Functional Testers (FT), Flash Testers, In-Circuit Testers (ICT), and Intermediate test (IMT) stations.

  • Identify part failure issues in testers, conduct in-depth investigations into tester card failures, contact pin issues, and wire harness problems.
  • Prepare Analysis Reports for each occurrence, including recommended measures for resolution.
  • Implement systematic problem-solving techniques to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Manage spare parts efficiently, ensuring availability and readiness.

Additionally, you will participate in design reviews, providing input on testability and reliability aspects, collaborate with teams to address open issues, and incorporate feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain 5S and workplace safety.
  • Effectively escalate issues to suppliers and work towards closure.
  • Collaborate with other locations and support production through System & Point-CIPs.
  • Support cross-functional teams and implement digital systems in maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML, BOT, RPA, Predictive Maintenance, etc.
Qualifications:

Diploma in Mechatronics or Electronics with 2-4 years of experience in Testing breakdown maintenance worked in electronic manufacturing industries.

Should have worked in electronic manufacturing industries with exposure to testing and inspection troubleshooting & Maintenance of Test equipments.
