Albumin and Immunoglobulin Manufacturing Specialist

Drive the development and implementation of advanced biologics manufacturing programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing manufacturing processes for Albumin and Immunoglobulins. This includes advising on technology selection, facility setup, and equipment procurement, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities also include supporting regulatory filings and strengthening legal/regulatory compliance, implementing quality assurance and quality control systems, and mentoring and training internal teams to build long-term organizational expertise.

Key qualifications include an advanced degree in Biotechnology or a related field, along with 10+ years' experience in biologics manufacturing, particularly in Albumin and Immunoglobulins. Proven track records in large-scale plasma fractionation or recombinant protein production are highly valued, as are strong leadership qualities with the potential to scale into a Director role.
