**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct field recruitment activities such as job fairs, local sourcing, and community hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including document verification and induction.
- Build relationships with local colleges, training institutes, and community organizations for talent pipeline development.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies and meet hiring targets.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in field recruitment, preferably in blue-collar or bulk hiring.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (HR background preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Language**: Proficiency in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel locally for recruitment activities.
