I. Job Description

**Network through industry contacts, association memberships and employees for top talent**

- Develop and foster relationships with Tech schools
**- Develop and execute a recruiting plan for open positions**
- Manage and on-board manpower based on the requirements
**- Utilize advertising methods for openings as appropriate**
**- Track and report accurate key metrics and communicate internally as appropriate**
- Assist with the plan and implementation to centralize field recruiting
**- Travel to assigned locations to build relationships with the leadership teams**
- Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria
**- Strengthen relationship with Community, Networking, utilize free government recruiting**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (required)
