**Job Description: IT Recruiter (1-3 Years of Experience)**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Talent Acquisition**:
- Coordinate technical assessments or coding tests as required for specific roles.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, job descriptions, and timelines.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to refine recruitment strategies.
- **Process Management**:
- **Employer Branding**:
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Leverage social media and professional platforms to enhance employer visibility.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all recruitment processes comply with applicable laws and company policies.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of various IT roles (developers, testers, network engineers, etc.) and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).
- **Tools Expertise**: Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster), and social media recruitment tools.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think creatively and solve challenges in talent acquisition.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in technical recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification).
- Experience in bulk hiring or specialized hiring for niche IT roles.
