About the job Finance Executive
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Requirements : -**
- CA-Inter.
- Industry Experience in similar domain.
- Sound technical knowledge of Core finance, Accounting and Taxation & Auditing
- Competency in advanced Excel and MS office, Have exposure to ERP environment (SAP, Oracle, others)
- Good Communication Skills, Intellectual Skills, Team Management.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
**Role and Responsibilities : -**
- Publishing of financial statement, Profit & loss Account, Balance sheet, CFS etc.
- Revenue and Cost governance: - Revenue assurance and sustainable cost management as per business plan
- Publishing of monthly MIS reports, Cost schedules, TB schedules, Variance Analysis, forecasting.to management
- Ensuring statutory Compliances: GSTR 1 and 3B filings, GSTR 2A reconciliation, TDS, ESI-PF Reco.
- Managing accounts payables: Day to day accounting of expenses/invoices & shared service management
- Key point of contact for business stakeholders and facilitating business partnership.
- Supporting the finance Manager & business heads with projects, budgets & plan preparation.
- Ensuring successful closure of audit and closure of internal and statutory audit observations.
- Critical attributes to success would be integrity, strong communication, cadence and resilience.
