Job Description Job Title: Finance Executive Location: Jaipur Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: We are a growing advertising agency dedicated to creativity, innovation, and delivering outstanding results for our clients. As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our team and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Daily Expense Management - Track and manage all day-to-day office expenses including petty cash. - Record, verify, and reconcile expense reports and staff reimbursements. - Monthly Software & Subscription Tracking - Monitor and ensure timely payments for recurring software subscriptions and digital tools. - Maintain a tracker for all software licenses and renewal dates. - Accounts Receivable & Payable - Track incoming payments from clients and follow up on overdue invoices. - Ensure timely payments to vendors, freelancers, and service providers. - Prepare and update aging reports. - Documentation & Record-Keeping - Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts, invoices, and payment proofs. - Organize financial records for audits and internal reviews. - Bank & Vendor Coordination - Handle basic banking transactions and statements. - Liaise with vendors for payment clarifications or discrepancies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - 13 years of experience in a similar finance/accounting role - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.) - Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, and invoice management. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
