Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support management in financial planning and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements — Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
  • Oversee TDS, GST, and other statutory compliance including return filing and reconciliation.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursement verification.
  • Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
  • Support audits (internal, statutory, and tax) by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS reports and assist management in financial planning and budgeting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and digital records of all financial transactions.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company financial data at all times.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years in finance, accounts, or audit profile.

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
