Job Role – AVP/VP- Finance

Job Location – Jaipur

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and forecast financial performance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Present financial reports to the board of directors, executive team, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
  • Ensure the organization has adequate insurance coverage and internal controls.
  • Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow and liquidity.
  • Oversee investment activities and ensure the organization's investments align with its risk tolerance and goals.
  • Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, including securing loans, grants, and equity financing.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Monitor and control departmental expenditures to stay within budget.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax laws
  • Oversee internal and external audits, ensuring findings are addressed and corrective actions are implemented
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes and their impact on the organization.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and technology.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
  • Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.
  • Provide insights on market trends, financial performance, and competitive positioning
