**Roles and Responsibilities**
1) You are the representative of hospital and the overall image of the organization depends on you.
2) Being the hospitals representative you should have complete knowledge of:
- a) Services & facilities
b) Doctors & Staff & their availability.
c) Telephone nos. & addresses of all staff, hospitals, blood banks.
d) Admission & discharge procedure of routine/panel patients.
e) Hospital’s quality objectives, policy, mission & vision.
f) Diagnostic Centres, police stations, suppliers, VIPs, Govt. Officials, Companies, TPAs & other agencies.
3) You will report in the morning to your senior and will discuss the day’s plan.
4) You will submit a daily written report to your senior in the evening.
5) You will take a round of area in the morning and meet each and every referral patient and note it down in your job diary.
6) You will personally go and meet referral doctors, corporates, companies and nursing homes for referral work and will do your best to maintain Cordial relations with them.
7) You will assist Marketing Manager on the following issues:
- Liaisoning with various agencies.
- Organizing Camps melas, CMEs or hospital functions.
- Plan & implementation of print media like brochures, newspaper ad, Leaflets, articles, etc.
- Plan & implementation of audio-visual media like website, TV ad, etc.
8 You will make a list of referral doctors of the month with the details of the patient referred & the amount of the referral share and will get it checked by the Marketing Manager & M.S.
9. You will distribute referral share on monthly basis for all doctors in the market referring patients to the hospital.
10. You will update your knowledge for arrival of any new consultant, equipment, technology, etc. so that you can promote them in market as well.
11. You will deposit the bills of corporate patients to the concerned authorities within 30 days and will ensure proper receiving.
12. You will ensure payment collection against the bills deposited within the stipulated time.
13. You will make & maintain terms of contract with various Industries, Corporate, TPAs & others. In case of any amendment, you will notify of the same to the concerned people.
14. You can be asked to go and personally escort any VIP coming to hospital and will make sure that he/she is treated properly.
15. You will take periodic feedbacks from the persons you ensure its effective implementation. In case of any vital issue, you will forward the same to your senior to be discussed in MRM.
**General**
1. Any other assignment assigned by the management from time to time
2. To follow disciplinary & behavioral rules while on duty & should follow the ‘Quality Policy’ to the hospital.
To follow the personnel rules regarding leave or resignation.
