**We Are Hiring**Social Media Strategist

Location: Agra, Uttar Pradesh (On-Site)

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 in-hand per month

**#What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Leadership**: Lead a talented team of social media accountants and graphic designers, ensuring all content is top-notch and on-brand.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, increase followers, and boost brand visibility.
- **Industry Trendsetting**:Stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Bring fresh ideas to the table and set new standards in the industry.
- **Content Ideation**: Brainstorm and create compelling content that resonates with our target audience across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to optimize and refine strategies.
- **Communication**:Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and engage with our online community effectively.
- **Business Development**: Leverage your industry contacts to expand our social media vertical. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their social media needs are met and exceeded.
- **Agency Experience**: Bring your experience from working in a marketing agency to streamline processes, manage multiple projects, and deliver outstanding results.

**#What We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a marketing agency.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Exceptional ideation and content creation skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.

A network of industry contacts and a knack for business development.

Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for digital marketing

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
