**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the insurance sector.
- Develop and nurture relationships with leads and existing clients.
- Identify business opportunities and generate new sales through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive business development strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and product offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
**Qualifications**:
- 0.6 - 2 year experience as tele caller,
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and sales pipelines effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
