An EV two-wheeler sales executive is responsible for generating sales of electric two-wheel vehicles like scooters and bikes by actively engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting the benefits of electric vehicles, and guiding them through the purchase process, while also staying updated on the latest EV technology and market trends to achieve sales targets set by the company. Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Actively approach potential customers through various channels like showroom visits, tele-calling, online leads, and field outreach.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable EV two-wheeler model.
- Provide detailed information about the vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and government incentives.
- Conduct test rides and address customer concerns.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Generate sales leads and qualify them based on their interest and buying potential.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and follow up on leads.
- Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions and customer details.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the EV two-wheeler models offered by the company, including technical specifications, battery performance, charging infrastructure, and warranty details.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in EV technology and market trends.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Establish strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure smooth delivery and registration processes.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Participate in promotional activities like roadshows, exhibitions, and social media campaigns to generate awareness about EV two-wheelers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight the environmental benefits of electric vehicles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Strong sales acumen with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and understanding of electric vehicle technology.
- Ability to handle objections and address customer concerns confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory
Pay: ₹8,822.48 - ₹16,000.00 per month
