**Position**: Student Advisor

**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in an Edtech Company

**Location**: Remote

**Shift Timings**:
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM and Evening Shift: 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

**Compensation**:

- **During Probation (3 Months)**: ₹16,000/month + **3% Sales Commission** on revenue from every successful lead enrolled
- **Post-Probation**: ₹18,000/month + **3% Sales Commission**

**Role Overview**:
As a Student Advisor, you’ll play a key role in converting leads into enrollments. You’ll connect with prospective students, guide them through our offerings, and help them choose the right program, blending sales with personalized advising.

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize lead conversion through personalized consultation and effective follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Act as a trusted advisor, clearly explaining program offerings, session structures, and trainer benefits to ensure informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotions with sales goals.
- Maintain and manage CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and conversion stages.
- Ensure consistent lead nurturing, using automation tools and manual outreach to move leads through the funnel.
- Analyze sales data and funnel performance, using insights to adjust strategies and improve closing rates.
- Support backend operations including documentation, onboarding coordination, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customer support to ensure a smooth post-enrollment experience and minimize dropouts.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, counseling, or academic advising (ed-tech background preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and a customer-first approach
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in using Google Sheets and Docs.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and adapt quickly to change
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in remote and flexible work settings

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
