**Quality Inspections & Testing**:

- Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products.
- Use analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectrophotometers) and follow SOPs for testing.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality protocols.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.
- **Compliance & Audits**:

- Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, FDA, WHO, and other relevant guidelines.
- Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
- **Non-Conformance Management**:

- Identify and report quality deviations or non-conformities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in root-cause analysis and process optimization initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
- **Equipment & Lab Management**:

- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure lab cleanliness and safety standards.
- **Customer Complaints**:

- Investigate and resolve quality-related complaints promptly.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
