1. Product Packing Material Designer (Pharmaceutical) (Vadodara)

Job Description:

We're seeking a creative and experienced Product Packing Material Designer to design innovative and compliant packaging materials for our pharmaceutical products (tablets, capsules, syrups). The ideal candidate should have expertise in Corel Draw and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design packaging materials (labels, cartons, inserts) for pharmaceutical products
• Utilize Corel Draw to create high-quality designs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (CDSCO, FDA, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Marketing)
• Develop and maintain design standards for packaging materials

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in Corel Draw (or other design software)
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical packaging regulations
• Creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience & Qualification:

• 1-3 years of experience in packaging design (pharmaceutical experience preferred)
• Diploma/ Degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field

2. Purchase Officer (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

(Location: Vadodara & Kheda both)

Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced Purchase Officer to manage procurement activities for our pharmaceutical manufacturing unit (tablets, capsules, syrups). The ideal candidate should have expertise in PharmaCloud Soham software and strong negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes from vendor selection to goods inward
• Operate PharmaCloud Soham software for efficient procurement
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with vendors
• Issue purchase orders and track delivery timelines
• Coordinate with production team for timely receipt of materials
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in PharmaCloud Soham software
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure

Experience & Qualification:

• 2-5 years of experience in procurement (pharmaceutical experience preferred)
• Graduate/ Post-Graduate degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
