Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct market research to identify and source new suppliers and vendors for raw materials, packaging, and other necessary items.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with our company s values and quality standards.

– Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and purchase orders

– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries

– Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers

– Track market trends and recommend new vendor options

– Prepare purchase orders and monitor their status until delivery

– Resolve any order-related discrepancies or supplier issues

– Mandatory for candidates to have pharma industry experience.
