**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Handling of Customer Enquiries on Phone, Mail, CRM software.
- Coordination between customer & company for solve queries
- Daily Admin Office Routine Work
**Qualifications**
- Graduate - Commerce or Management Degree.
- Post Graduate - Commerce or Management Degree is preferred
**Experience**
- Freshers - Management Post Graduate Degree from a Reputed College.
- Work Experience - Minimum 5 to 10 Years of Office Admin Work for Commerce Graduate from a Manufacturing Unit.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, Gmail, Internet, Tally Prime.
- Basic Communication skills in English is must. Along with Hindi & Gujarati.
**Important Aspects**
Individual with a Long Term Job Stability would only be preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
