Job Title: Purchase Executive (Raw Materials & Miscellaneous) - Pharmaceuticals Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the procurement of raw materials (RM) and miscellaneous items for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Ensure timely sourcing and procurement of high-quality raw materials from approved suppliers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate supplier quotations to ensure the best prices and terms.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with suppliers to meet company requirements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to meet project timelines and ensure material availability.
- Track market trends, price changes, and supply risks for raw materials in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
- Manage miscellaneous purchases for other operational needs as required.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in purchasing/procurement, particularly in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of raw materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
