**Requirements**:
- 1. Proven experience (1 to 4 years) in software sales product or service-based companies
- 2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 4. Understanding of the software development lifecycle and solution selling
- 5. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales tools
- 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- 7. Prior experience in App / Website / CRM / ERP / Custom Software sales
- 8. Knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
- 9. Experience in B2B sales and client account management

- 1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling,
- 2. Understand client requirements and present appropriate software solutions (services)
- 3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- 4. Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients
- 5. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- 6. Collaborate with the technical team for pre-sales support and delivery coordination
- 7. Maintain sales pipeline and report regular updates to the management
- 8. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
