**Sales Representative Job Description**
**Position Overview**: A Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and promoting a company’s products or services to meet or exceed sales targets. They serve as the main point of contact between the company and potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting solutions that meet those needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by following up on leads, setting appointments, and closing deals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the company.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and effectively present them to potential customers.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through presentations, product demos, or meetings.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Sales Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with potential customers to close sales.
- Prepare and present proposals and contracts, ensuring they meet customer needs and company goals.
- Handle objections and overcome barriers to finalize sales.
- **Administrative Tasks**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, including forecasts and sales pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
- Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales strategies and promotional efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- **Attributes**:
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Pay: ₹8,584.94 - ₹15,000.00 per month
