**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in selecting fine jewelry pieces, providing detailed information on products, prices, and customization options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product lines, current trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and post-sale support.
- Maintain and display merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle billing and manage inventory, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in promotional events, in-store activities, and brand campaigns.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in jewelry retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry.
- Basic computer skills for billing and inventory systems.
- Flexible to work on weekends and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
