Job Title: Jewellery Intern

Location: Delhi, Noida ,Jaipur

Duration: 3 Months (with possibility of full-time role upon successful completion)

Stipend: 12,000 16,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate interns who are eager to learn about the jewellery industry. This internship will provide hands-on experience in retail jewellery operations, customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales support. Interns will gain exposure to diamonds, gemstones, Polki, Kundan, and Jadau jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in understanding jewellery designs, collections, and product details.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, Polki, Kundan, and Jadau jewellery.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day store activities including product display, billing, and stock management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous approach.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product and industry knowledge.
  • Assist with inventory handling, stock counting, and visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with store managers and senior consultants to understand end-to-end jewellery retail operations.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about luxury jewellery and gemstones.
  • Presentable and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (billing & MS Office is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly in a retail environment.

Eligibility:

  • Fresh graduates or students pursuing a degree/diploma in jewellery, fashion, retail, or related fields.
  • Passionate about jewellery and luxury retail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays if required.

Career Growth:

  • On successful completion of internship, interns may be promoted to Jewellery Consultant (Full-time role) based on performance and learning.
