**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a high-performing Telecallar to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for Sales call and contact with potential customers.
- **Roles & Responsibility**:

- Cold calling in an essential part of profile.
- Database surfing needs to be done from company software.
- Gathering and documenting client info, payment, purchases, and to product feedback.
- Answering customer’s queries on the product.
- Elementary communication skills.
- Patience and skill to interact with customers for verbal communication.
- Excellent social and drawback finding skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- To get the testimonials from the customer.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Skill Set**:

- Should have 1 - 5 years of Experience in related industry or any.
- Elementary communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and skill to interact with customers in verbal communication.
- Good sales ability.
- Handholding in MS Office.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Basic knowledge of social media.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
