- _ _As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing leads, and providing information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate interest, schedule appointments, and support our sales team in achieving targets._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce our products and services._
- _Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner._
- _Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system._
- _Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed._
- _Provide detailed information about products, pricing, and promotions._
- _Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction._
- _Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets._
- **Qualifications**:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in any field._
- _Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role is preferred but not mandatory._
- _Excellent verbal communication skills in [specify language(s)]._
- _Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients._
- _Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office._
- _Strong organizational skills and attention to detail._
- _Ability to work independently and as part of a team._
