**Job Overview**

We are seeking energetic and persuasive **Telecallers** to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients, providing them with information about our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients from provided databases.
- Explain Jeny Realty Group's real estate services and current property listings.
- Answer client inquiries regarding property details, pricing, and availability.
- Schedule site visits or appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up with clients to build strong relationships and maintain databases.
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and report outcomes to the team leader.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and able to handle objections professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage CRM systems.
- Fluency in [languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Gujarati, etc.].
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
