Tellecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.
- Contact potential customers by telephone to promote our products/services.
- Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.
- Answer questions about our products/services and address any concerns that customers may have.
- Maintain a record of calls made and customer information obtained.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, answer any additional questions, and facilitate the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and information.
- Stay updated with product/service information and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
