**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of drivers and helpers.
- Schedule daily routes and assign tasks to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
- Conduct regular vehicle and equipment inspections.
- Resolve transportation-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Train new drivers and helpers on company procedures and safety practices.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to meet delivery requirements.
- Ensure that drivers and helpers maintain proper conduct and professional behavior.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience in a transportation or logistics role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
