Work Experience : 06 to 2 Years (Logistic and Warehouse)

Industry Specific : Packaging

Skills : Good Communication, Product Knowledge, Good Mathematical Calculation, Work in Budgeted Environment, MS Office, Problem Solving, Effective way of deal with Transport and Labor.

Typical activities of Warehouse Supervisor generally include:

- Update to self about the current stock, coming stock, goods in pipeline, transport situation, current route situation in city and warehouse place/slot availability.
- Planning for the next day, current delivery and coming 3 days delivery, time of unloading at customer place and current situation of it has to be specifically considered.
- Update about the availability of the goods for current and coming days delivery, if any shortfall in availability, request for fulfillment and inform to the system.
- Make Dispatch plan and update about the carrier availability.
- Give plan to Inline executive to inline the goods in slots as per dispatch planning, and make sure it is getting done on time.
- Give plan to the account department related to the, Callan, Invoice, and Way form and make sure it must be ready on time, Coordinate with Transport department to provide LR to Account department.
- Follow up transport for inward and outward goods and update about it.
- Give plan to the inward executive related to unloading and placement of goods in warehouse.
- Prepare the report and raise requirement of the goods if it goes below the minimum stock quantity.
- Issue the goods internally based on the internal requirement challan through inline executive.
- Reconciliation of the physical stock with the warehouse stock on periodical basis as per guideline of system.
- Any other work as assign to you as per requirement to manage the work of company.
- Clean, secure and good work place to be made and maintain.
