**Stillingens hovedoppgaver**:
Styre aktivitetene på lageret og prioritere oppgaver utfra operasjonelle behov
Lede og støtte lagerpersonell ved selskapets baser på Sola og Flesland i deres daglige oppgaver
Promotere sikkerhet og bruk av personlig verneutstyr
Sørge for at eget personell innehar nødvendige kvalifikasjoner og godkjennelser for å ivareta operasjonelle krav
Oppdatere relevante prosedyrer knyttet til lagerfunksjonen
Ansvar for lisenser knyttet til import, eksport, gaffeltruck, eksplosiver og farlig gods
Ansvar for lagerbeholdning, inkl. telling av deler
Sørge for at inspeksjon og lagring av deler er i samsvar med EASAs regelverk
Budsjett
- og personalansvar for lagerfunksjonen
**Kvalifikasjoner**:
Høyere utdanning innen logistikk, supply change management eller tilsvarende er ønskelig, men relevant erfaring kan kompensere for manglende formell utdanning
Ledererfaring
Erfaring i bruk av ERP-systemer, fortrinnsvis SAP
Erfaring fra luftfart og kjennskap til EASAs bestemmelser
Kunnskap om farlig gods
Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på norsk og engelsk
Strukturert og systematisk
Serviceinnstilt og gode samarbeidsevner
