We **Requires Transport Coordinator for a Logistic company at Ahmedabad Sanand, GIDC**

**Job Location: - Ahmedabad Sanand, GIDC**

**Responsibilities**:
1. To check the BBND Excel sheet and accordingly follow up with the transporter for the requirement of the vehicles.

2. Indent has to be given to the transporter as soon as the OBD is created.

3. Follow up with the transporter for the vehicle placement

4. Share the details of the reported vehicle at the factory, on the way vehicle, and not the be alien vehicle according to the BBND Excel.

5. Checking of Vehicle -(Height of vehicle, condition and driver license and vehicle papers
- PUC, Fitness report, insurance, pan and aadhar of the vehicle owner)

6. As soon as the vehicle is reported, it has to be checked as per the given indent and if the vehicle is not fit then it has to be rejected at that time.

7. Vehicle placed at the dock.

8. Follow up with the supervisor to get the vehicle loaded, whichever vehicle is reported.

9. BBND sheet should be updated at hourly basis.

10. Incase If the vehicle is rejected information is passed to the customer and FT team with the reason.

11. Before the documentation is handover to the driver below are the pointer to recheck

a. Invoice delivery address

b. GST number - Customer

c. Transporter LR(Lorry Receipt) to be verify with the invoice and airway bill

d. Amount, delivery address and material quantity

e. Seal Number

f. Driver mobile number updated in the vehicle tracking software.

12. Tracking vehicle as per the tracking software

13. Delivery needs to be done at the given TAT, if the delivery is not done escalation needs to be done to the client

14. POD follow up with the transporter

15. Filling of all the POD and Dispatch documents

16. Need to manage clamper on daily basis on micro level
- HSC/ Graduate
- Knowledge about vehicle segment
- Geographical knowledge

Working Time & days - Office Timing 9.30am - 6.30pm | Monday To Saturday
