Are you passionate about real estate and skilled in the art of communication? We're seeking a Pre-Sales Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in generating leads and nurturing relationships with potential clients over the phone.

**Responsibilities**:
Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads list.

Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their real estate needs.

Showcase our property portfolio and effectively communicate its value propositions.

Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and timeline.

Schedule appointments for our sales team to further assist qualified leads.

Maintain a database of leads, interactions, and outcomes accurately.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide relevant information to clients.

Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments set and leads generated.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a tele-caller in the real estate industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets or quotas.

Excellent communication skills with a pleasant phone demeanour.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
