**Job Title**: Tele caller Executive (US Process - Night Shift)

**Location**: Ahmedabad

**Work Timings**: Night Shift (Aligned with US time zones)

**About the Role**:
We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal to our success, where you will be engaging with prospective clients through outbound calls for a US-based process. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and maintaining accurate documentation of your interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to leads provided, following up on potential clients and opportunities.
- Conduct basic research on leads to understand their profiles and customize your pitch accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions on Excel sheets, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
- Track responses, follow up with interested leads, and nurture them through the sales process.
- Prepare daily reports summarizing the number of calls dialed, outcomes, and progress with the assigned leads.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to align goals and strategies.
- Handle objections and queries professionally, providing relevant information to build rapport with prospects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Tech-savvy** - Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or similar tools to track data, generate reports, and maintain accurate records. Basic knowledge of CRM tools would be a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate records and meeting targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
