**SUMMARY**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, providing information about our products/services, and maintaining customer relationships. No prior experience is required; we provide training for freshers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products/services.
- Explain the benefits and features of the company’s offerings.
- Maintain a database of customer details and update records regularly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
