**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive - Solar Pump Manufacturing
**Location**: Bakrol-Bujrang, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Department**: Project | Reports to: Plant Head

**Job Type**: Full-Time | Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month
**Work Hours**: 8 hrs/day | Sunday Off | CL/PL as per company policy

We are seeking a technically skilled **Customer Support Executive** to handle post-sales service and customer coordination for our solar pump products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer calls and technical support
- Coordinate field service activities
- Maintain service logs and records
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or any graduate
- Basic knowledge of solar or pump systems (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Sheets
- Fluent in Hindi & English
- Strong problem-solving skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
