Purchase Assistant

Location - Dews

Salary - 17K

Key Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management: Assist in creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

Supplier Coordination: Maintain regular communication with suppliers to negotiate prices, resolve issues, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, receipts, and invoices in the company’s procurement system.

Data Entry: Input data related to procurement activities into databases and spreadsheets for reporting and analysis.

Vendor Research: Assist in identifying potential suppliers and evaluating their products, services, and pricing.

Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and prices to help recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Compliance: Ensure that purchases adhere to company policies, guidelines, and budget constraints.

Cost Tracking: Assist in monitoring and controlling procurement costs.
